Philippine DOE Verifies Aviso’s Self-Charging EV

Today, the Philippine Department of Energy tested Ismael Aviso’s electric car, showing that running off wall power, the 11 kW DC motor ran at 45 percent efficiency, but with Aviso’s on-board generator which harvests ambient energy from the surroundings, the motor ran at over 133 percent efficiency — overunity. To GEET or not to GEET: Simple Versus Plasma

I propose that two classifications be given: GEET Simple, which is easy to achieve and yields improvement from pre-heating the fuel and possibly some other pre-treatment effects, giving 5-30 percent improvement in efficiency; and GEET Plasma, which is the holy grail, giving several-fold increase in efficiency, but which is extremely difficult to achieve.
